The ReviewBuzz employee app is designed to supercharge the productivity of your team. Employees will be able to easily request <\/span>reviews<\/span><\/a>, let customers know when they are on their way to a service call and redeem <\/span>rewards<\/span><\/a> for a job well-done.<\/span><\/p>\n

The app is an empowering tool that will motivate your team to get results fast. In this article you will learn about all the features that will allow your team to start using the app today.<\/span><\/p>\n

Downloading the app<\/h2>\n

The ReviewBuzz employee app is available for Android and Iphone. Once you have added each employee from your admin dashboard, they will be emailed a link to set up their ReviewBuzz profile and download the app.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requesting a review<\/h2>\n

Sending requests from the field is just a tap away.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Now that each employee has downloaded the app, they can start requesting reviews<\/a> immediately after a service call while still onsite with the customer. Requesting a review is as easy as inputting the customer name and phone number (or email) into the app. \u00a0A review link will be sent to them promptly and in one-click, their review will be posted on one of your review sites.<\/span><\/p>\n

By being able to request reviews so easily with the employee app, the amount of completed reviews increases exponentially. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here is an example of what a customer receives when sent a review request from a field employee via text.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the customer clicks the link, they will be redirected to a review site to post their review. In the example above you will see reviews were posted on Google and Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leaderboard<\/h2>\n

Top performers of the company can be viewed by you and your team on the Leaderboard. Every time a review is completed, an employee receives points that they can redeem for <\/span>rewards<\/span><\/a>. As points accumulate the employee will rank higher and higher on the Leaderboard.<\/span><\/p>\n

Employees will always know where they rank with the in-app leaderboard.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Since everyone in the company can view the Leaderboard, employees can see how they are performing against other team members which creates healthy competition to boost productivity and improve service quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Leaderboard is updated in real-time, which makes employees excited to check-in throughout the day. They will notice if they are starting to slip in the rankings and be able to take the necessary steps to improve their service, get better reviews and earn more <\/span>points<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

KPIs\/Stats<\/h2>\n

The Overview page will show employees their stats and rating. \u00a0This is updated in real-time.<\/span><\/p>\n

A quick glance at their KPIs lets your team see how they are performing.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Employees can see if their reviews requests have increased or decreased and if their overall rating has improved. They can also view how many reviews have been completed.<\/p>\n

Reviews<\/h2>\n

The Reviews screen will show employees all of the reviews they\u2019ve received, the review rating and where it was posted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After your employee has downloaded the app, they\u2019ll receive a notification on their mobile phone any time they receive a review. To view that review, all they have to do is open the app on their phone. The app will store all reviews they receive while employed by your company.<\/p>\n

Rewards<\/h2>\n

For every review an employee requests and receives, they will collect points and those points can be redeemed for <\/span>rewards<\/span><\/a> chosen by your company to motivate your team. The Rewards screen will show employees all the available rewards and the required points for redeeming each reward. <\/span><\/p>\n

Employees can also see their point balance and redeem rewards directly from this screen. \u00a0By simply selecting which reward they would like to redeem, a trigger notification will be sent to the administrator of your ReviewBuzz account. <\/span><\/p>\n
