Once all of your employees have <\/span>set up<\/span><\/a> their ReviewBuzz profile and downloaded the <\/span>employee app<\/span><\/a>, they can begin requesting reviews immediately after a service while still onsite with the customer. <\/span><\/p>\n

All the field employee has to do is enter the customer\u2019s name and phone number into the app and a review request will be sent instantly via text.
