In order to have a stellar online reputation, each one of your employees needs to be remarkable on every service call. By creating and managing your very own rewards program, your team will be excited to provide exceptional service, request reviews and look forward to racking up the points to get rewards.
How It Works
Rewards programs are essential for boosting team productivity. Your team earns points for each review request they send and every completed review they receive. Those points can be redeemed at any time through the employee app for the rewards you’ve created.
Setting Up Your Rewards Program
A good rule of thumb is to choose rewards that are appealing to your team. What items would make them feel motivated to offer the most exceptional service and ask for more reviews?
Once you’ve chosen the rewards, you can add them easily by accessing the ‘Rewards’ page from the admin dashboard. Simply create a new reward, add the item information, points value and hit ‘save’.
Employees will now be able to see how many points they will need to earn in order to redeem each reward.
Managing Rewards

Stay on top of your rewards program from the Reward Requests page. You’ll be able to update what prizes are available to your team, approve or deny reward requests, and stay on top of employee performance trends in seconds, all from one page.
The ‘Rewards’ page can be accessed from the left-hand navigation panel on the admin dashboard.
Redeeming Points

Your team will be able to keep track of their points and redeem rewards from the employee app. Each employee has an individual dashboard that shows them how many points they’ve earned and what rewards are available.
Once they claim a reward, you will be automatically notified via email and text and can set up a time to give that employee their reward. We like to say that a great time to give out rewards is during your next company meeting as a way to increase motivation for the whole team.
