ReviewBuzz is a powerful platform that not only allows you to quickly receive reviews that will help grow your business, but can also be used as an effective employee productivity tool.

In this article you will learn how to navigate and customize all of the ReviewBuzz features so that you can get started today.
1. Invite your Team
Having all your employees onboard and using ReviewBuzz will be essential for team productivity and for receiving a healthy stream of reviews to grow your business.

The first thing you will need to do once you create your admin ReviewBuzz account is to add each employee.
To add an employee:
- Log in to your ReviewBuzz dashboard
- Select ‘employees’ on the left-hand navigation panel
- Select the blue ‘create’ button in the top right-hand side of the page
- In the drop down menu, select ‘new employee’
- Enter their information then select ‘save and invite’
The employee will then receive an email with easy instructions on how to login to ReviewBuzz and set up their individual profile. The email will also invite your employees to download the ReviewBuzz employee app.
2. Employee Mobile App
The ReviewBuzz employee app is available to download for Android or Iphone. Having all of your employees comfortably using the app is paramount to receiving all the benefits ReviewBuzz can provide for business growth.

The employee app is a hands-on tool allowing your team to request reviews, track performance and redeem rewards.
This encourages employees to provide the highest quality of service to all customers because they will be able to see their own performance statistics, measure it against other team members and redeem any rewards that may be available.
3. Customize your Review Sites (premium feature)
When a customer sends a review, you get to determine what review site you would like that review to be posted on. For example- if your top review site is Facebook, your customer’s review will be posted on your business Facebook page.
As a ReviewBuzz premium feature, you are able to prioritize where you want to get the most reviews. As shown in the image below, the top 3 review sites in this example are Facebook, Google and the BBB.

You can also switch the review site priority if you want to start collecting reviews on another site, for example- Google first, Facebook second. Once you have set up your review sites, a customer will automatically be directed to those sites to leave a review depending on which site they are already logged into.
These settings can be updated at any time to best suit your business needs.
4. Rewards
Having a rewards program fosters healthy competition amongst your team members because they can receive rewards for a job well done. Rewards programs also boost employee morale and increase team productivity.
The image below shows examples of rewards that can be offered to top performing employees should they receive the required amount of points. The points system and rewards offered are determined by you based on what would motivate your team to participate in the reward program.

Employees will easily be able to track their points and redeem rewards directly from the employee app. A rewards program allows businesses to quickly determine which team members are offering the highest quality service or identify opportunities for improvement.
