Dashboard

Always know how your company and team are performing with the completely redesigned dashboard.

When you log into ReviewBuzz, you’ll immediately see your admin dashboard- the control tower and the pulse of your company’s performance.

View your overall rating, how many reviews have been requested, completed reviews and the total points accumulated by your staff. A snapshot of your top 3 employees is shown as well as which review site has the highest number of posted reviews.

Please keep in mind that the Dashboard numbers reset at the beginning of each month.

Employee Leaderboard

Compare performance with the employee leaderboard.

The Leaderboard gives you an overview of where your employees stand in terms of performance, reviews requested and points accumulated. You will quickly see the top 3 performers as well as the team members further down the Leaderboard who may need extra support to improve their quality of service.

An employee further down the Leaderboard may also signify an issue using the employee app. With a little extra guidance, encouragement and a link to a quick employee-app tutorial, we’re certain that any employees having usability issues will quickly enjoy using the app on every service call.

Motivated Teams

Employees can also view the Leaderboard once they are logged into the employee app.

They can see where they stand against their co-workers and if they are moving up or down the Leaderboard. Perhaps they discover that they are at the top of their game and just need to keep up the good work!

Since ReviewBuzz’s performance metrics are updated in real-time, employees tend to engage with the app throughout the day to see if their place on the Leaderboard has changed with each incoming review.  

Team members quickly realize that great service equals great reviews and great reviews equal points to redeem rewards. This creates a sense of healthy competition and boosts employee performance.
