Mobile App Profile Management

Pending Points

When an employee requests a reward, the points will now be deducted from their balance until approved or denied to avoid users from going into the negative.

Oh, Canada!

ReviewBuzz now supports sending text messages to Canadian mobile phone numbers.

When sending a review request or meet the team message via the web portal or mobile app, you can also select French (Canada) as the language for your French-Canadian-speaking customers.

Settings Update + Admin Email Notifications

The Settings page has been updated to allow you to update your personal info quickly and easily. Admin users can also manage company information and customize your email settings!

Admins, get notified by email when your employees request rewards or a new review is received. Customize which notifications are most important to you by going to Settings > Email Notifications.

Please note, if you are unable to access your settings, we recommend clearing your browser cache.

Testimonials

Customer feedback comes in many forms. In addition to reviews, you can now create customer testimonials and display them on your website with our new testimonial widget.

Mobile App Push Notifications

To better keep you and your team up to date, we’ve added real-time push notifications to the mobile app. Employees will be notified when a new review is left or when their reward request is approved or denied. Just click on your user photo in the app and manage your settings in the menu.

Reply to Google Reviews

Click the “Reply” link directly from your ReviewBuzz Reviews report to be navigated to the Google review and leave a reply. Make sure you are logged into your GMB account to leave a reply. We recommend replying to all reviews within 48 hours.

Performance Enhancements

You will notice a vast decrease in load times across the web and mobile app platforms. Get to the information you need more quickly!

Export Review Requests

The ability to export review requests has been implemented, just click the Export link at the top of your requests list.

New Support Menu

New enhanced support menu in the web interface, just click the question mark in the upper right menu to explore more support options.

Mobile App Enhancements

We’ve made some small changes to help navigate the mobile app for an overall better user experience. Your employees may notice they now land on the Overview screen to get quick data points about their performance. Just click the center “Create” button to send a Review Request or let your customers meet the team with an On My Way message.

Not Yet Rated

For those new employees who have yet to earn any reviews, we have removed their rating information from Meet the Team emails as well as indicated “Not yet rated” on their profile pages.

Review Responses Added to Exports

You can now see any replies you may have added in your Review export.

Facebook Reviews via iPhone

A fix was implemented to ensure iPhone users are directed to Facebook to leave reviews, as per your account settings.

Reply to Reviews

You can now reply to ReviewBuzz reviews directly from the Review page, and choose whether or not to show the reply in your profile pages and website widget.

Review Attribution Control

Someone not get credit for a customer review? Or did someone get credited when they shouldn’t have? You can now edit employee attributions for every review.

Location for Review Request

For multi-location accounts, you can now specify which location you want to assign to the review. This step will not impact conversion rates for your requests.

View All Time Stats in the Leaderboard

We’ve added a new option to the Leaderboard allowing you to see all Ratings, Requests, Reviews and Points data since you created your ReviewBuzz account. Just select “All Time” from the date filter drop-down to see your all time leaders.

Points Balances Management

Our new Points Balances page gives you deeper visibility and more control over the points your team has earned.

You can now:

  • View Current Balance and Lifetime Earned points for all employees
  • Add or Subtract points from individual team members
  • Clear an individual employee’s points balance, or do a clean sweep over your entire team
  • Export the data to use in Excel or your preferred number crunching system

Data Exports

Exporting is now available in several places in our platform, including Reviews, Leaderboard, Points Log and Points Balances, making it easy for you to filter data and transfer it into your favorite number cruncher to create the custom reports you need.

You can now see a new message that will delight and entertain your customers as they are redirected to the review site of your choosing. No more blank screens!

Google Boost

For our premium customers, you can now make sure you get more google reviews by enabling the google boost switch. This new process will make sure you get more google reviews by asking google users that are not logged into their account if they would like to login, before redirecting to your second priority site. You can set this per location and watch the google reviews roll in.

14 Day Rule

14 Day Rule toggle switch can now be turned off from your reviews dashboard. Setting this to off allows you to send multiple review requests at any interval you like. This change makes it easier for you to customize how and when you send your review requests based on your internal processes.

Points Log

New Points log for administrators and individual employees gives you better insight into how and when you or your team are earning points.

Custom Points Classes

Custom Points Classes make it easy for you to tailor how you reward your team based on the actions that lead to success, e.g. requesting reviews and receiving good reviews. You can now set up custom points classes that match your work flows. For example, create a custom class for installers, who see customers less, but do larger jobs.
